This list is to prevent any misunderstandings

/NBR - /Not Being Rude = This means I'm not trying to be rude. Please ask us to rephrase if needed!

/LH - /Lighthearted = This means my message is not completely serious.

/G - /GEN - /Genuine = This means I'm sending my messages with the intention of being informative or kind, we really only use this tone tag when we've already been misunderstood.
